If I have something (i. e. some money, food, clothes, etc. ), I intend to give it to other people. I didnt count those things but I just want to help other people even at small things. I also think that being altruistic and kind are some of the professional ethics in psychology that are most compatible with my personal values.The conception of psychological egoism I believed is the notion where people are inspired by self-interest and concerns to others for the causality that this kindness will be returned back to them and will benefit them.
